Return & Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your order you can always return your items, however, there are some conditions:

  • Returns & Refund can be done up to 30 days after the day your receive your product
  • The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent (not damaged, nor used), in the original packaging where possible and with the original packing slip
  • Customer will pay the return shipping fee, And customer will cover the re-shipment to send the new item, in case of exchange
  • In case of refund, it will be done after reviewing the product condition
