UK Standard Delivery Service

All of our standard UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. We aim to process orders within 1 working day (In stock items only), although this could be slightly longer if we are experiencing a large amount of orders. You will receive an automated email following your order being dispatched, this email will include a summary of your order and a tracking number.

UK DPD Next Working Day

All of our DPD Next Day orders are delivered by DPD on a next day service. (UK Mainland Only). Please be aware that the cut off time for next working day delivery is 2pm Monday - Thursday. If ordered after 2pm on a Thursday then your item will be delivered on Monday. Rest of the World Delivery Charges

IMPORTANT

You will be responsible for the payment of any VAT, customs or import duties charged once the package reaches your destination country.

We accept no liability for these charges.

If you refuse delivery and the goods do not get returned to us you will forfeit your refund.

If you refuse delivery and do not pay for import duties then you will be liable for the postage returns cost that the courier charges us (Brass bee) to return the goods.

 

Delivery charges
Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods, size, fragility and weight. terms of which are set out clearly under the "Delivery" section on our website.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order.
Please ensure the address and postcode is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed and dependent on our courier service. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Before placing an order, please measure carefully to ensure that your furniture will fit into the room it’s intended for and that it will also fit through any passages, access gates, stairwells, landings and internal doors. We cannot be held accountable for products that doesn’t fit. Should it not fit and has to be returned to us we will charge return costs to the value we paid for your delivery.
