Free Gift With Purchase – Return Terms

  1. Free Gift Eligibility
    During promotional periods (including Black Friday), customers may receive a free product (“Free Gift”) when purchasing qualifying items.

  2. Return of Qualifying Item
    If a customer chooses to return the item they paid for that qualified them to receive the Free Gift, the Free Gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition.

  3. Condition of Free Gift
    The Free Gift must be returned its original packaging. If the Free Gift has been used, damaged, or is not returned, the value of the Free Gift may be deducted from the refund amount.

  4. Partial Returns
    If multiple items were purchased and only part of the order is returned, and the remaining items do not meet the promotional eligibility threshold, the Free Gift must be returned or its value will be deducted from the refund.

  5. Refund Processing
    Refunds will only be issued once both the paid item and the Free Gift (if applicable) have been received and inspected.
