I wanted to order a Brass Walnut toggle switch from Brass Bee, and contacted them to ask if I could view a selection to check the wood patterns. James at Brass bee went out of their way to photograph wooden switch options for me to be able to pick a woodgrain I liked. Not many companies would offer a personal service like this on request. The ordering process was quick and easy and I received the switch a few days later. The brass toggle switch itself is really nice, easy to fit and has a tactile click with the toggle lever. Highly recommended.
